The Corporation of the Township of St. Clair
MOORE MUSEUM, Mooretown, Ontario
requires an
INTERPRETIVE PROGRAMS ASSISTANT
for a 12-week period from June 12 to September 1, 2017
at a rate of $11.90 per hour

The position will involve:
• research for program development
• assisting in the presentation of school programs
• development of activity centres and school program improvements
• mounting of exhibits

The ideal candidate will be a post-secondary student in museum studies, history, education or a related field. Required skills include demonstrated research and organizational skills, creativity, excellent written English skills and ability to work well with the public. Computer skills in word processing and desktop publishing are required. Museum experience, or experience working with children in an educational setting, would be a definite asset.
