The Canadian Northern Society is a not-for-profit society responsible for 3 restored heritage railway stations and associated parks, a 1919 Alberta Pacific grain elevator and natural Linear Park and grasslands restoration area at Meeting Creek, and 13 heritage gardens at our Camrose site. The job: Assistant Cultural/Heritage Program Co-ordinator
Qualifications: Post-secondary returning student. Any or all of the following would be advantageous-History or Education major, some French language skills, Aboriginal background, enjoy the outdoors, flexibility.
Come join our team in Camrose, where you will find the Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre, historic downtown, Big Valley Jamboree, Chuck MacLean Arts Centre, Mirror Lake Centre, Aquatic Centre, hiking trails and the U of A Augustana Campus.
