Tourism Yorkton is a non-profit organization founded in 1985 to promote tourism opportunities in the Yorkton area. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Executive Director works with staff and volunteers, well trained in customer service, that generate awareness and interest in the dynamic range of services the membership adds to the city. Information services, marketing and product development are just a few of the initiatives that are continually worked on by the organization to enhance their member’s benefits.
Tourism Yorkton and is located in the Visitor Information Centre, at the junction of highways 9 and 16. The location gives visitors to the area easy access to information on the multitude of attractions, services, and facilities in the city. The office is the only Tourism Information Centre on the Yellowhead Highway between Winnipeg and Saskatoon that is open year round.
Tourism Yorkton will continue to work towards developing the city as a destination of choice in Saskatchewan by implementing the actions within this plan. Through collaboration with stakeholders, understanding markets, product development and strategic positioning, Yorkton will build on its assets and experiences to draw visitors to the city and the region.
Tourism Yorkton continues to work with groups and organizations to make Yorkton the destination of choice for meetings and events for business, sport, recreation and culture. Hosting many national, provincial and regional events. Therefore, assisting to build the provincial and city economy.

Saskota 9 and Highway 10.
