Historic Records Assistant

11 weeks, 12 June 2017 - 25 August 2017

Language of work: primarily English, some French

$12.00 per hour; 37.5 hours per week


The Historic Records Assistant will divide his/her time between researching and designing an on-line photographic exhibit in honour of Canada’s 150th birthday and providing reference services in the Archives reading room.


Applicants should have completed one to two years of a Bachelor's degree at a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with course work in Prince Edward Island and/or Canadian history and experience with word processing and digitization applications. Previous experience in an archival, library or museum setting is an asset.
