This internship requires a solid background in research and client-focused reference service of archival materials. The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with a Master’s Degree in Archival Studies, Library and Information Studies, History or a related discipline with experience relating to Indigenous studies or research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A willingness to participate in public engagement and consultation is also important, as is the enthusiasm to make the most of an excellent practical learning opportunity.

This position is scheduled to run for 24 weeks, from September 5 2017-Febuary 28, 2018 with a stipend of $20.20/hour (36.25 hours per week). Start and end dates are flexible.
