The ideal candidate will be a post secondary student studying history, Icelandic studies, art and cultural management or hospitality and tourism. Familiarity with local and regional history is a definite asset. Strong public relation skills and the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision is required. Duties will include general customer service, interpreting exhibits, guiding group tours and the development and delivery of programs relevant to museum exhibits. Position will require working weekends.
Must be returning to school in the fall
